Seminole Heights, Ybor City, and Hyde Park have homes from the 1920s and 1940s. South Tampa and Carrollwood have large concentrations from the 1970s and 1980s. Both eras are well represented in the permit data and produce strong lead volumes at the 15-year threshold.
It varies by zip. High-density residential zips like 33603, 33604, and 33611 typically return 200 to 600 qualifying homes per zip at the 15-year threshold. Lower-density or more mixed-use zips will return fewer.
